What is The Signing Lab onboarding process like?
Once you sign up, you’ll instantly receive a welcome email with access to your training dashboard, onboarding checklist, and bonus resources. Everything is step-by-step — no overwhelm, no confusion. You’ll also get an invite to our private notary community group where we host weekly lives and answer questions in real time.
Do I need prior experience to join The Signing Lab?
Nope! We love beginners. Our trainings walk you through every step — from getting commissioned in your state to building a business that makes money while you sleep.
I have a busy schedule. Will I have time to do this?
Absolutely. The Signing Lab was created for working professionals, moms, and go-getters who need flexibility. All lessons are self-paced, and replays of live trainings are available 24/7 so you can learn on your own time, even in your fuzzy socks.
Do you offer refunds on courses or memberships?
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to course material, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do offer previews and detailed course breakdowns so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
How do I cancel or pause my membership to The Signing Lab?
You can manage your membership at any time from your account settings. Just go to your billing tab and click “Cancel” or “Pause”. You won’t be billed again after the current period ends. We keep it stress-free and no-questions-asked.
What happens to my training access if I cancel my plan?
If you cancel, you’ll still have access to any courses or materials you’ve purchased outright. However, access to membership-only resources, the private community, coaching calls, and replays will end when your billing cycle concludes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my notary membership plan?
Yep! You can switch between membership levels right inside your dashboard. Whether you want to scale up with 1-on-1 mentorship or step back to a lighter plan, it’s all flexible and totally in your control.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. PayPal and payment plans are also available on select offers.
If I cancel my plan, will I lose my discount when I rejoin?
Yes — discounts are locked in only while your membership remains active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you’ll be subject to the current price and terms

No problem — all calls are recorded and uploaded to your dashboard within 24 hours. Watch on your own time, as many times as you want.
How do I join the private notary community?
Once you become a member, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to join our private Facebook group or Slack channel (depending on your tier). It's the place to ask questions, network, and grow together.
Will The Signing Lab help me get certified as a notary public?
Yes — especially if you’re in Texas. Our courses include step-by-step instructions on how to become a notary, including how to apply, what forms to submit, and how to get your RON certification.
Do you provide marketing materials for notaries?
Absolutely. Members get access to ready-to-use social media templates, business cards, flyers, pricing sheets, and client scripts to help grow your notary business fast.
Why can’t I access certain notary courses or resources?
Some content is exclusive to certain membership tiers. If you see a locked section, it likely means your current plan doesn’t include that material. You can upgrade anytime for full access.
How do I update my billing information?
Log into your account, head to the billing section, and click “Edit Payment Details.” You can update your card or payment method at any time.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
No worries! On the login screen, click “Forgot Password” and follow the email instructions. You’ll be back in and learning in no time.
I can’t log in to The Signing Lab. What should I do?
